RoverWear™ Return Policies

Order Changes/Cancellations

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.

Warranty Details

Kishigo warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery date.  Any product authorized for return due to defect must be shipped back within 15 days from the date of return authorization. Kishigo will provide a return label.

To initiate a defect replacement or refund, please email a photo of the damage, along with the information below to support@roverwear.com.

*Refunds on defected products will include initial shipping costs. Please allow 10 days for refunds or replacements.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of your delivery date. To initiate a return, email support@roverwear.com with your order number and the reason for the return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened. It must also be in the original packaging.

All return packages must include the original invoice or a note referencing your full name and the order number.
